Michael is the only person from this agency that Ive dealt with that doesnt seem to have an attitude problem. However, Patti on the other hand is unprofessional and disrespectful. The way she treats people like they are all below her is discussing and leads me to believe that she should find a new job. Shes obviously not a people person and if I had interacted with Patti first instead of Michael I would have walked away and never would have rented through them do to how she acts.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!
Patti Smith, Property Manager, rented me a home of a deceased person by fraudulently signing for the owner on the rental agreement, and giving me an inhabitable home without heat and hot water, after taking $5300 of deposit and rent (money orders made to North Lake Property Mgmt..!!
Patti filed a detainer on behalf of deceased owner as an attempt to evict me for withholding the rent due to uninhabitability of home, and the courts put the property on lock down cuz they know owner is deceased.

Worst place ever to rent from, lived in the place for almost 6 years and left it clean but they took my whole deposit. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone!!!!! Oh and we were not given a decent notice to move out!!
