I visited this lake side mobile home park to assist a friend with some repairs needed around the mobile home they own there. The park was tidy and uncluttered and appeared over all to be in well maintained state. While working outside, the onsite maintenance manager stopped by on an unrelated matter and relayed useful information while watching what we were up to. He was quite helpful offering insight into what areas of the property were owner or park maintained, upcoming timetable for various inspections that were upcoming & assigned and prepared a space for my friends boat to be parked/stored in the area for that. So while the park might not be the most upscale in the area, it's adequate, functional, and thoughtfully cared for as available resources permit.
It's peaceful has a pool area and sports some great views of the lake.
