Dalton at Prostar answered my call on Sunday afternoon for some quick help when others wouldn't. Dalton was extremely professional, kind, and simply went above and beyond. Dalton is awesome!  My water heater died on a Friday and leaked all over my garage.  I called about 4 other highly-rated plumbing companies before calling Dalton and he was the only one that took the time to talk to me like a human being, listen to what I needed, and provide me with my options (the fact that it's a military family is an added bonus).  And this was on a weekend.  Because his ratings were so high, he was so easy to talk to AND it seemed like he really cared, I decided to go with him.  He delivered my new Bradford & White water heater right on time and a few hours later I was soaking in a very hot, delicious bath.  He's a class act and I plan on using him again whenever I have additional plumbing needs.  Thank you Dalton!

Dalton and Earl are the kind of person you want to come to your house to do your plumbing. They are honest, efficient and in the quality of their work is top notch. I had them come to my house multiple times for different issues and they always deliver.

Dalton was so helpful! I was frantic over a clogged garbage disposal and he walked me through the process to fix it over the phone to save money. He truly saved the day! He was so helpful and wonderful to work with!

Dalton was a true professional. We had a slow leak and he was able to diagnose the problem and fix it quickly. I would definitely use Prostar again!
