Terrible!!! For long time we only covered 3 or 4 days per week .they sent your child’s nurse to other case, and The coordinator always lied , she told you that she has nurse , BUT she will call you at that day says the nurse can’t come because nurse sick, nurse home emergency, nurse can’t find my place et.

This is the most horrible experience of my entire life. I can’t believe that a company like this exist. The staff is just as bad as the nurses if not worst. I pray that God intervenes and help us patients. The nurses do not take this job serious they come to work when they want to and the coordinators lie for them to cover up their lack of work ethics. Very unprofessional the whole company lacks compassion as well as decent humanitarian.
After posting/expressing my concerns. I was contacted by someone considered to be the supervisor at Pioneer Home Care, Inc. Unfortunately, she was not concerned about the well being of the patient, she appeared to be more concerned with the company’s reputation and she was not happy about me expressing my feelings which is my constitutional right. Therefore, her solution to this problem was to discontinue the service of a 6 year old girl with cerebral Palsy, failure to thrive, acid reflux, wheel chair bound, g-tube feed and other medical issue. My hopes is that this post can help others that have been emotionally and physically traumatized by this company like myself and my family 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
