We took our son here for his first cut last Sunday. After the cut, before we could inspect how it looked, the stylist immediately styled his hair with product and combed it to the side. It looked decent at the time however after we got him home and he started playing around it fell forward onto his face. That’s when we saw how his hair had been butchered. His bangs are crooked, the back is uneven and there are various patches that were left un trimmed. We considered taking him back to see if a stylist could attempt to level it out but we were terrified they would just further ruin his hair. We ended up taking him to a regular salon where they could only attempt to help us being that there was no way to actually fix what they did, short of giving him a buzz cut. The ladies that work here are very nice however that does not make up for their incompetence. We will not be returning to this or any other shear madness salon & will not recommend it. I can empathize with how difficult it can be to cut a baby’s hair but that’s their profession, I would expect better.

I went there last weekend for my daughter’s haircut and they didn’t give her shampoo or blow dry and it took maybe around 10 mins to get her hair done and without asking me about whether she wanted nail service or not they just led my daughter to the room for nails and they charged me $50 at the end so i had to pay $50 plus tips but i said over the phone when i made an appointment before i went there, I only wanted to get her haircut and the manager said the package for the haircut, nail and tattoo was thirty something dollars all together but she suddenly changed what she said when i had to pay the haircut is not included in the package and it’s separate. The manager had to speak more clearly about the price and the packages over the phone. I thought it’s too expensive compared to the services what we’ve got so when I searched online the other kids’ haircut places around my location they have all inclusive package (Shampoo, blow dry, haircut, and nails) it’s only $29.95. I think this is a reasonable price and I think they should list their prices online too like the other places i looked it up online so the customers know clearly how much they have to pay for their services. It was not a happy visit because her nail and tattoo was all removed only after one day we visited there. I will never go back there again and i will never recommend to anybody around me. I already talked to some of my friends they live around here and they all have kids and they all said it’s too pricey.
