Beware!!! I recently had my Lexus "repaired at Service King in Lake Forest, Ca and although their repair seems satisfactory there was allot of other damage to my car. I had the drivers side rear door, quarter panel and bumper repaired. 1. A deep gouge in the front door window frame where the paint is missing. 2. The main electric control panel in the drivers side door for the windows and door locks was not secure, pull up on a button to close the window and the whole panel comes out of the door. 3. dent in the passenger side rear door and scratches in the passenger side front door. 4. They said they had trouble starting the car that the battery was bad. When I had the battery replaced we found the post that holds the hood up was broken off, it just falls off the hood. 5. The rear quarter panel sticks out, it is not clipped or secured to the fender. We contacted them about the issues and they said they will get back to us, they did to let us know their computer was down and the will get back to us, they never did. This tells me the do not care about their clients or reputation. I am very dissatisfied and definitely would not recommend Service King in Lake Forest, CA.
