        Always professional... and curtious... but can never really explain why my bill is always different, oh well the computer doesnt tell us certain things with your account.. yada yada... I don't charge things to this account.... It's fastest internet, 3 box "rentals", the cable tv, (some certain "package"), router rental... its all the same stuff it always is, but, for 6 months or so... it keeps being more n more n more... no one can easily, and clearly just tell me, a + b = c. For the longest time... it stay right at 175.00 give or take... but now its over 220...? 220 for some tv and internet...? But can't "really" tell me why.. it's frustrating and becoming bothersome. As i said, everyone there is professional and curtious... but seem to get to "my hands are tied", real quick.
