Arrowhead Pool & Spa

Had them come out for a bid. Was shocked by their pricing, and their email dialouge. I have had a total of 6 bids for a small pool replaster. The other 5 companies I choose had more years in business, a larger amount of reviews, and were highly reputable businesses. The average cost of the other pool companies was $9,305 while Arrowhead's bid was a whopping $16,316. I sent an email letting them know they were so much more exspensive. Their response was about the work it took to give me a "free" bid, glad that I found someone "cheap", and good luck with that. (Mind you 5 seperate contractors all had bid's in the same ball park.) Cheap is not my goal, quality reliable work is. The reason for bid's is to know what the price range is, and to become aquainted with your future contractor. Yikes! Rude and entitled! Shivers!

At the moment, theyre completely booked and unable to take on any more business according to my phone conversation with Greg. Service must be great if theyre that booked, unfortunate I couldnt get an appointment.

We have had Arrowhead Pool Service since 2000! They serviced our poolat our RV park until we sold it and then serviced our pool at our home! I Love my cute “Pool Boy,” Greg and so does my puppy Ginger. Greg always brings her a treat! We highly recommend this business!

Did a complete pool remodel including new tile, new pebble surface, and new equipment. Arrowhead Pool was attentive, communicated, followed thru, and did a beautiful job. Regular service is dependable and pool is always clean and clear! Highly recommend Craig and Arrowhead Pool
