Wish we could give ZERO stars!!! Margaret Cleaning Services has been cleaning our home for one year. We treated theirteam with great respect and gave them nice tips; we always graciously overlooked the numerous things they were missing during house cleaning and the items they broke while cleaning.
The last two weeks they have been a NO SHOW with no message to let us know about their situation (only a brief text one month ago to let us know their worker was sick, so we graciously wished them all the best).
When we texted after one month to find out if they were coming tomorrow to clean our home as usual, we suddenly learned that one of their workers, Sylwia, quit with no notice, and they had no back up plan to clean our home.
They never notified us that they weren’t coming back, and when we sent the text asking if they were returning to our home tomorrow, after ONE MONTH of not showing up, they stated “sorry.. no workers”.
They didn’t at least take a minute and notify us ahead of time. So rude and inconsiderate of their customers!!!
Horrible service and terrible customer service! Do yourself a favor and not hire these guys unless you wish to get dropped like a hot potato like we did.
We are left with a home not being cleaned in one month and with no notice - due to their terrible customer service! Stay away from Margaret’s Cleaning services!
