My boyfriend Ian was on the phone with Rick Herron and his staff and said that Rick and his staff were rude and grumpy and didn't know how to get anything done. When he wanted to switch policies, Rick rushed him off the phone and followed up by sending a bunch of emails with a bunch of information that was needed instead of just taking the time to get it over the phone. Horrible customer service.
