I visited Dr. Behnaz Haghighi’s medical office for first time. Their office is very clean, modern and stylish, their staff are professional, and they provide a great service. I recommend this business.

My husband and I went to Dr Haggighi office for the first time for our yearly check-up. She just asked few questions and gave a minimal physical examination for both of us under 10 minutes as if she was in a rush. They made us come back for blood draw. After that we got bill from lab. I called the doctor office and explained that it was first time in my life, we are paying a lab bill for a yearly physical (It is always covered via insurance). They said that they made a mistake with coding so they will add some codes and after that we will get new bill. Finally I paid 37$ and my husband paid 93$ for lab. Two weeks later, doctor called us for inform us the lab result. We were scheduled for 2PM but she called us at 8AM and said “since it’s a call, I can make it whenever I am free”. She just talked for 2-3 minutes. I was at work when she called which wasn’t planned and had to miss it. We got two new bills from doctor office due to televisit phone call. I didn’t know that that was televisit and their billing service said that you had had half hour and you should have use it! You have to pay 60$ each for televisit! I didn’t get this services and I paid a lot of money! Don’t go there!
