Seriously some of the best customer service Ive ever encountered! Had a couple small issues with our under sink unit, and they responded quickly and sent out replacement parts to help troubleshoot our issues. Couldnt recommend them and the RO unit enough! We are on a well so its nice knowing we are drinking clean water!

I legitimately can't drink water anywhere else except from this filter. No other water tastes the same anymore. With this portable unit I could hook a gardening hose up and the water would taste perfect, from the cleanest spring. Very satisfied with this product and have been taking care of my water filter for the past year and a half with no issues!

Look at all your friends that drink soda (cancer water) and then look at people who drink Pristine Hydro, and if that doesn't make you a believer then nothing will. At this point have a good water filtration system is mandatory. Love the electrolyte balance product as well, with a clean bubbly !! Thanks to Glen and everyone at PH !
