ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!! PHENOMENAL SERVICE!! EXCELLENT VALUE!! I highly recommend PRINTER WERKS for all copier and printer repairs and servicing. I have an older Samsung C460W printer that had a paper jam error message. There wasn't any paper jammed, so I suspected it was a mechanical issue. I contacted Vince and he made arrangements to immediately evaluate the printer. I was so impressed as Vince took apart the machine, diagnosed the problem, installed necessary parts, and greased necessary areas for preventative maintenance.

This company is the BEST! I needed my printer fixed and didn't know where to go, so I googled my issue and thankfully Printerwerks came up. I called them and spoke to Vince who owns the company. I didn't have to worry about where to take my printer because he came to me! Not only was Vince fast, friendly and professional, but he was able to inform me of features on my printer I didn't know about as well as solid advice on how to best care for my machine. On top of that he makes his own high quality toner and sells it for way less than I can find it online anywhere. This guy is the best and I highly recommend Printerwerks.

They were great at helping me when everyone else told me to throw away the printer. Very fair price, much cheaper than buying a new printer, and it saved my hundreds, since I had a lot of toners for my printer already.

Just to be clear I was not asked to write a review Im just really impressed with the gentleman I just got off the phone with. I called to find out what it would cost to repair a cannon Pixma printer. I dont even know where to begin very impressed. We have three small businesses and Ive worked with other print repair companies and over the phone this guy was more knowledgeable than all of them combined. Naturally I wanted to know more and asked for pricing on a couple models that are sold on Amazon; his price was lower than Amazons. He went on to explain some of the things that I was unaware of that helped to understand my problem. Simply put I would highly recommend them for printer repair and new printer sales.
