Assured Med and Jon, the owner, are amazing. His care for me, in an emergency, was almost beyond belief, how far he went out of his way to help me. He is truly a good Samaritan, and a truly kind and caring person.

I would just like to say a HUGE thank you Jon B. at Assured Medical Supply. My mom, who has extreme COPD and is dependent on portable oxygen, decided she wanted to take a spontaneous road trip to visit family up north. I called several oxygen supply companies trying to find the appropriate POC for her condition, but after calling 10 companies (yes 10) no one could help me but Assured Medical. Not only was Jon extra helpful and understanding of our situation, but he also asked me great questions to better understand my mom's needs and condition. He suggested the perfect option for my mom and was able to get the order drawn up the same day he received her script from her doctor. Thank you Jon and Assured Medical Supply for your excellent customer service and care. I am blown away by your attention to detail, willingness to help, and thorough follow through. I can rest "assured" ;) that my mom will have a safe and wonderful trip now that she has the right equipment. Thank you!
