Horrible service and food tastes really bad would not go back

So I called at 9:30 to see if I could place an order at the Bar for a to-go, said I had to come into the bar to place the order. Okay fine. I asked what time does the kitchen close? They told me that as long as I come in before 10 PM I can still get my food, and I let the server know before hand that I was walking and would arrive in 15 minutes, hung up the phone and started power walking there. As I said I arrived at 9:45 on the dot. Go to the bar and not one server has greeted me. Whatever. So now I'm at the bar, and the douche bag short bartender guy (who has been rude on MULTIPLE occasions) informs me that the bar is closed. I was NOT told this on the phone in fact I asked the person who answered what time it closed. I don't appreciate the sup par service that I was given and I would HIGHLY recommend that you do not eat at the bar. DO NOT EAT AT THAT BAR!

I used to love coming here for happy hour, but they keep changing their menu and upping their prices. When I do make it in for happy hour, the coconut shrimp skewers and the spinach artichoke dip are a must! Their baked french onion soup is also delicious. The best part is the Burger+Beer combo on the Happy Hour menu for like $7 i think. Can't go wrong with that.

I went to the elephant bar in Laguna Hills last Sunday. It was the worst food I ever experienced. The waitress hated her job and was a horrible server. We asked for the two for twenty menu and was told we could not have it without the physical coupon. We told her we had an i phone and could you use it off our phone. She said no. We sat in the bar and ate off the happy hour menu. We had the burgers they were way over priced and so dry I could not even eat it. The fries were the worst I have ever tasted. I will never go back to the Elephant Bar ever.
