I have seemed out Anger Management programs over the last 7-10 years. They would last for a few weeks then I was back to the same anger pattern.
I almost lost my wife to my anger issues after 42 years ruining cruises, vacations and trips. So,I sought out an accelerated program for two 4 hour sessions on two separate weekends over two months November and December 2020 offered by Dr. Ari Novick.
I am making this review/entry because of the unbelievable transition I have made over the last 8 weeks thanks to Dr. Ari Novick's workbook coupled with the two four hour sessions with my proctor/mentor
Howard Huhem. The work has to be done by me or the individual but the "tools" /"chapters" laid out in the workbook with written case examples was truly the combination I needed to get my life back on tract. Childhood scars have finally been placed in a mental box and I am now able to cope with my anger issues stemming from those childhood incidents.
I wholeheartedly recommend any program Dr. Ari Novick offers to change your life and if you want a great person to host your class please ask for Howard Huhme.
