Is it Lafayette lucky to have quality x-ray and MRI services right in town? I had an injury the other day that needed to be checked for a break and the staff was very helpful. They got me in right away and Dr. Piatt got back to me very quickly with results. Give yourself a break and use Inview Imaging TM.

I wanted to share the positive experience I recently had with Inview Imaging in Lafayette, CA. I needed a mammogram and ultrasound expediently. They understood the urgency based on my past history of BC and were able to get me in very quickly. I've had a lot of imaging over the years, but the mammogram and ultrasound I received from the technicians at Inview Imaging, were the most thorough I have had. They were warm and professional. I was extremely impressed. I received my results later that day. Going forward, I will use Inview Imaging for my annual mammograms.

I HAD THE APPOINTMENT AT (10:45AM) THEY MADE ME STAY 15 MINUTES EARLIER OR MY APPOINTMENT WOULD BE MISSED, AND I HAD BEEN MORE THAN 1HR AND THEY HAVE NOT ATTENDED ME, IT IS A TERRIBLE SERVICE, AND I HAVE BEEN IN OTHER PLACES AND AT THE TIME THAT ME. THEY SAY ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT THEY KEEP THEM AND IN THIS PLACE I SEE THAT THEY DON'T CARE IF I WASTED YOUR TIME...I HAD TO MISS ANOTHER APPOINTMENT I HAD.

Was made to wait an hour to be seen because I was 5 minutes late to my app. I called ahead of time and made them aware I was going to be late due to unexpected ttraffic. Rude service.

First, let me say they need to make the reception area alittle bit warmer. It was raining. There was an electric fireplace (which wasnt even on) cold as heck. The paintings were let's say dull. I thought since it was Layfette it would be alittle more upscale. So, the MRI tech takes me back. She asking me all these questions, which is expected. I am claustrophobic, I ask to go feet first. Okay, bet she says no problem. She tells me not to move when I am in the machine. So usually when I have gotten a MRI you can talk to them and they can talk to you. Well while I was inside my saliva went down the wrong way and I needed to cough. Mind you she told me not to move. So, I couldn't cough and I started to choke alittle. So, I started to panic alittle. I did what I needed to and coughed. I tried to talk to her but no response. So, when it was over and she slides me out I am coughing. She asked are you ok I said no I was trying to talk to you and let you know. This girl straight lies and says that's why I gave you this button to push. I said where was it because you never said anything about a button. She just looked and said I did . Lady, you did not give anything to push. You straight lied. You never said the microphone would be turned down.MRi techs usually ask is a person alright periodically especially if they are claustrophobic. I was livid she lied. Oh, my stuff was in a lock I go to get it and one of the shelves fall. She says oh dis the shelve fall. I say yes she don't come to see if I am ok did it hit me nothing. I couldn't wait to get out. I will never pick this out establishment again nor recommend it. I had to remind myself this was Layfette and I was of ethnic decent. You read between the lines. Say what you want I have been treated bad in this city.
