Our experience with Judy was that she was disagreeable and difficult to work with. Switched our policy over to a different agent.

Rude and unresponsive. There are other, much more professional insurance agents in the area -- including within the State Farm network. Look elsewhere.

I was shopping for house and car insurance with State Farm in July 2020. I submitted an online application for a quote and Judy's office responded within 24 hours. Marisa D. Graham was the account manger who was assigned to my case. She reviewed my current house and car insurance diligently and drafted a State Farm policy to match the coverage for me within hours. Marisa also explained the coverage benefits and payment advantage of an umbrella policy to protect my property against any auto accidents. The options among house insurance alone and house + car combination insurance, either with or without umbrella policy, were complicated. Marisa was very patient and walked me through each possible scenarios and help me compare the total price of each options against my current insurance. I had many questions and emailed her for her advice multiple times over 3 days. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive. She also provided her office number in case I would like to speak with her over the phone. Marisa was professional and followed up with me without any pressure. The level of transparency in her communication has earned my trust. My overall experience working with Marisa was excellent (5 out of 5).
