We take such care to protect ourselves, especially with insurance. But if you have college age children, you might consider getting a renter's policy for them. If your child has to submit a claim (stolen computer, damage to property at a "party", car break in) this claim won't affect your own home rates due to the incident your child is responsible for. Jose Flores not only takes care of the obvious coverage we all need, but attends to the details. He's ethical, knows the insurance business, and will get you exactly the coverage you need.

Jose took over the agency a couple years ago and he has been just great helping me with a difficult claim against Costco and Service Experts for water and mold damage. I highly recommend him for his thoughtful, expert service.

I have been with Farmer's Insurance now for over 13 years. My wife and I loved the previous agents who owned and ran this agency for over 10 years. I was a bit nervous and unsure when Mr. Flores came on and started to take things over. I was just not sure how he would be able to give the customer service we were so accustomed to for so many years. I was wrong to ever be worried about Jose. It is amazing how professional, knowledgeable, efficient, caring and concerned he is about giving the best customer service experience possible. His employees answer the phone quickly and they are polite. Jose can provide for any insurance need you have from personal, business, auto and life. He has a vast array of options for you and returns phone calls efficiently. My wife and I have regular contact with him and his office and we do yearly reviews to make sure we are not over or under insured. So glad we gave Jose a chance to show us how amazing of an insurance agent he could be. I have referred many friends to him and wholeheartedly recommend him to help you.
