After almost 2 years of the admin's team incompetence to put in my preauthorization for deep cleaning that the doc recommended since my first visit, I've finally changed my dentist. The doc was super nice, but every time I visited he recommended a deep clean (rightfully so!) - the admin team said they would get back to me after talking to my insurance but they would never follow-up. What's more is, I couldn't even schedule my next regular clean ups ahead of time because they said my authorization would be completed in a few weeks if not days and they would want me to finish the deep cleaning first- Fair enough for me, but only if they ever foloowed up. Months later, I would get an automated text that I'm "due for a visit," but the deep cleaning authorization would never be brought up (literally like it never existed). I would advise the doctor to retrain his staff or bring folks that are more responsible. If I can't get past the admin to just schedule a procedure, what good would it be to have a great doctor behind that?

I had the BEST dental experience of my life at Mission Ranch Dental Aesthetics and dont usually write reviews but just had to share. I just had 4 cavities filled without a numbing shot and it did not hurt (this of course depends on the severity of the cavity and individual pain tolerance)Dr. Guthrie and Debani were efficient, kind, and enjoyable to interact with. I will be coming back here as long as I live in the area. Thank you, team!

I was referred to Dr. Guthries office about a year ago by one of his patients and who also worked at our previous dental office. We took her recommendation very seriously. Our previous dentist of 30 + years was retiring and the dentist who replaced him was very good but not excellent. He was a perfectionist. Thats why my husband stayed with him for so many decades. When I met Dr. Guthrie, he was friendly and easy going. Those are two traits I appreciate in a dentist or doctor. He is also conscientious, honest, and takes pride in his work. The office feels warm and cozy and the staff members front and back are very friendly. Our two sons, 21 and 16, and my husband are all now with Dr. Guthrie. My husband who recently had his first appointment with Dr. Guthrie said, He is a perfectionist. and that is a huge compliment coming from him.
