U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer

I would never buy a car from here. Yes it says uhaul dealer but they sell cars. I got a Pontiac g6 and I've had it for less then a year and the fuel pump gone bad on me twice. It didn't even last 2 months before I had to replace it. I payed 4000 for a piece of junk. Also they say they have there own mechanic shop DONT GO THERE they have no clue what there doing

My experience with this U-Haul office started out with computer system problems which took approximately 45 minutes for me to rent a vehicle while being the only customer in the office. Although I completely understand that networks break down, my biggest complaint is that they charged me extra for normal scuffs to the tailgate. It wasn't a scratch. I wasn't a dent. It was scuff that could have been removed with some elbow grease. These trucks are rented out to move items. Sometimes the items being moved might scuff the bedliner and tailgate. I will not be renting there again for fear of being charged for dirt on the vehicles. I have rented from other U-Haul offices dozens of times. I will drive the extra miles to avoid renting from these guys again. Nice people tho....
