My new car was rear-ended while it was parked outside my house. You could imagine how upset I was when I found out. I tried to drive the car to the dealership but it was making a terrible noise so I decided to have it towed. I called heavy duty towing, my car was in really bad shape but they treated it carefully anyways.

Amazing towing service. The driver showed up in a timely manner, worked quickly, and didn't damage my car. Also the price I was quoted over the phone was right on, no surprises. I would highly recommend. He gave me a ride home and had a good conversation.

Great customer service and attentive employees! From the office staff to the drivers, everyone in this company is great! I have used them several times before and they never let me down. Yesterday I requested a service and the driver was able to do a temp fix to load my car on and off the truck. Thanks again!

When you’re on the car insurance business you really need to know all the reliable service providers in town. I have concluded, after careful consideration that Heavy Duty Towing is my best provider of all. They have a comprehensive list of services that include roadside assistance, towing, battery replacement, etc. They are always reliable and timely and they always give us the best price. Nowadays it is hard to find that combination. Therefore, whenever something happens to one of our clients, they are always our first option to call. They always treat our agents and our clients with respect and they actually also try to make them smile to make them feel better about that difficult day they’re going through, that is gold! I will absolutely keep calling them whenever possible and I definitely would recommend their services to everyone. They have very well deserved 5 out of 5 stars in every ranking website out there.

Heavy Duty Towing La Puente provided an outstanding service. Prompt response. Friendly guy. Fair price. My truck wouldn't start one morning when we need to get to work. First I called a different company and they hung up on me. I called another one and they told me they could be here in two hours. Finally I called Heavy Duty Towing La Puente and they were able to come out in 30 minutes. This guy came prepared and tried a jumpstart first and it actually worked. I was so glad!!! He really saved the day and earn a good tip. What an honest and reliable company. I am extremely grateful.
