When your in business, it’s because the business renders a service or product on a specific date and time as agreed upon with customer. However, this is not the case for this business known as ”Beto’s Lopez Landscaping.” On the scheduled date and time of bid (work) to be done by ”Beto Lopez Landscaping,” and does not show-up at job site location as agreed upon with customer. Beto (owner) does NOT contact the customer nor attempt to reschedule with customer, meanwhile, the customer awaiting 2 hours for "Beto Lopez Landscaping" arrival at job site location. Beto carelessly did not advise the customer that he had scheduled another bid (work) on the same date and time that Beto had with customer. The customer attempted to contact Beto to cancel the scheduled job. The customer was not able to reach Beto, since the customer’s telephone number was blocked by Beto. Customer again called Beto from a different telephone number, Beto immediately answered the call, assuming it was a possible new customer. At this point the customer advised Beto, he cancelled the bid at job site location. Very disappointed with this business. Totally and definitely unreliable, unethical, unprofessional, does not keep a commitment with his customers’, as I was one of his customer's to experience his unreliability. My advice, go else where, at least another business can comment to a set date and time of the bid (work).
