        June 2020 paid for stage graduation pictures as of March 2021 have NOT received the package of pictures. School has called, had meetings, sent emails still NO pictures. As for appointments for beginning of senior year that was another run around.

        I ordered and paid for pictures in August 2020. It's March 2021 and still haven't received them. Customer Service has been ignoring my inquiries.

        Graduation pictures that I paid around $130 for last summer were never delivered, I never received a response from multiple emails and phone calls. This was for Helix High. Bad enough they had to have a drive through graduation (which was cool, but let’s face it, not what anyone really wanted), but we got stiffed by the photographers. Do yourselves a favor and hire a real photographer if you actually want your memories preserved.
