Well deserves the rating. This place will do more harm for your mental health than good. The front desk and her supervisor were both annoyed at being interrupted with me walking in to request an appointment and weren't the slightest bit helpful.

Dina helped us over the phone. She was rude and was laughing at our requests as disabled patients. No compassion or care very unprofessional and hung up on us. Bad business. She said this was how she was trained to handle disabled people.

No empathy to mental health. I am an sensitive / empathetic person and I was diagnosed in one video visit and put on and was talked to rude like a child. There's a difference between good education as a doctor and actually caring. They need to work on this.

I just did a video visit with Pamela Velardi. I could not believe how incredibly disrespectful she is and wonder why she bothers being in this field. How can someone who deals with mental health issues be so judgmental, rude and abrasive? I provided my experience with Kaiser, and her response was I find that hard to believe. She asked me questions from her checklist, and if I offered more information, she cut me off saying I am going off topic and need to stick to the questions. Every time I answered, she wrote whatever it was down and would slam her pen onto the desk. She prescribed me a medication I had never heard about before, so I told her that. Rather than telling me about the medication, she said well I know what it is and I prescribe it all the time. I cut the appointment early because there is no way I would ever want to work with her again. PCSD, how is Pamela still employed after the multiple complaints against her? I will be going to the licensing board because she does not need to be in the field of helping people with mental health issues.

Since Mind Path I have been on hold with the Nurses station for almost 2 hours. Never use the call back feature anymore, no one calls. Phone calls to billing because I am being charged for missed phone calls as office visits, the charges remain. They seem to regard patients as stupid. I have waited for billing for 45 minutes. When is the patient advocate working? Who knows. Sharp Rees-Stealy should not contract with these unethical corporations. I think its back to Kaiser for me. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Oh and because I was upset they reported me to my doctor. If you cant handle upset then you work in the wrong industry. I was a therapist, I know a few things. Let me be the patient advocate. I wouldnt recommend this bunch to anyone who values their mental health!
