Joel and his staff hired an Industrial Hygienist and an Engineer to prove that my house was a total loss. My insurer went from offering $273K to paying policy limits of $1.1M.         This was my 3rd Public Adjuster, the previous 2 were unresponsive and unhelpful. Joel and his team responded immediately to my initial call and then updated me weekly on their progress with my claim. The difference was night and day. PIAC is the only Public Adjuster that I will ever use again.

        PIAC is the best. I fought with State farm for over a year before I called PIAC. Within 60 days they were able to resolve my claim and I was able to move back into my home shortly afterward. If you have an insurance claim on your property, call PIAC first, you will save a lot of time and frustration.
