If I could give them a negative five stars I would. I have never experienced such incompetence and uncaring for the needs of the patient in my 70 years of life. My wife experienced a significant stroke four months ago and is just now learning how to walk again. Between not having the exact wording on the doctor's order and making sure the insurance will pay...(I would be happy to pay if that would speed the process) we have waited WEEKS for delivery of a walker.
This is totally unacceptable and incredibly insensitive to the patient needs. Zero cooperation from Triana, Zero caring about the patient...110 to ensure they get paid...some score card.
