Stopped in on 11/19/21, was told to email my insurance estimate. Was told to expect a call on 11/29/21 due to the Thanksgiving holiday. Never received a call or email back. Called on 11/30/21. Was told I would get a call back. Nothing. Emailed again. Nothing. No response whatsoever. Car still needs fixing. Thanks for wasting my time Fix Auto.

Fix it auto was very professional and stood by me while dealing with the insurance company that took forever and gave me advice on the probability my car would get fix or if it was safe to drive after an accident on the passenger side even if it did get fix. I had no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend them for anyone involved in an accident or need any fixes they are easy to talk to and went straight to the point even after my many calls to them. Thank you fix it auto!

I had the pleasure of working with Juan and he was more than helpful, accommodating my every need! If I had any questions or concerns he would make sure it was taken care of, and his response time was perfectly adequate. Also, a huge thanks to everyone who worked on my car in the shop. It came out looking amazing!
