After water mitigation services they needed to send a sample of my flooring for insurance replacement value on 11/26/2021. I was assured it was sent, and this was confirmed on 11/29 and addressed again on 12/1. My repairs on the bedrooms cannot move forward until this step was done. When I called again 12/8 to find out why I wasn’t getting the results they informed me that they had never sent the sample in. 12 days of waiting and being misinformed are infuriating. Being displaced is stressful enough without having incompetence on top of that. Because it was all completed they had me sign completion documents plus performance feedback that was positive at that point other than the fact that some of their staff didn’t wear masks and didn’t ask if it was OK. I can’t undo that evaluation and I feel customers need to be aware of these issues. I’m awaiting the manager/owners call Service: Water damage cleanup

I had a flood and called ServPro of La Jolla to take care of the emergency services and dry out my home. They came out within 30 minutes with the most professional crew who took great care to protect my personal property and dryout the rooms that had been flooded. These guys and gals showed themselves to be extremely professional, kind, courteous and very organized. They showed up on time each day, kept me informed of the process and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. If I ever have to go through a flood again, I will definitely call ServPro of La Jolla. I give them 10 stars!!! Service: Water damage cleanup

We had a flood and Alejandro From Servpro came and ran the crew and they were pretty good and professional and polite. they take pretty good care of my furniture I strongly recommend this company
