I loved going here until they closed without finishing their services that I prepaid for. When I went physically there in person (since the phones were cut off) I asked the business next door to them what happened. They were evicted BUT before they were evicted and they had recently sent out a Groupon blast selling services that would never be given being THEY ARE NO LONGER THERE. :( Sad I lost $140. :(

So here's the thing when they WERE open they were good to me and the laser hair treatment was working well. The thing is i just went to an appointment i had today and the place is locked, CLOSED, and shut down! They won't even pick up their phone. And on top of that I still have 4 treatments left so that was a waste of money! In a nut shell as of right now it really really sucks!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! I puchased a voucher through Living Social, Inc. on 1/8/13, they charged my CC on 1/9/13 and the voucher was available 1/10/13. I tried every working day to contact this business and they don't answer their phone or return phone calls. After a week I looked at the reviews and 3 out of 4 people said they were ripped off, so I contacted Living Social and asked for a refund. They told me I was a day late to receive a refund, and even though I explained that I have been unable to reach this company and others indicated they had already been ripped off, they refused to give me a refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB.

I paid $99 and still do not have the meds or have the second all important appointment. I have left several messages. Seems like quantity is the goal and not quality. , Its business hours and I only receive a message machine. Fly by night?

I bought a living social deal for laser hair removal without doing much research about this place. Right before my appointment I read the yelp reviews and was more than a little worried about what I had gotten myself in to. Everything from them having a rude receptionist to getting burned or it being extremely painful. I was SCARED!!!!! I got there and the receptionist was very nice and helpful, my therapist Noumo (probably not correct spelling) was great and made me feel very comfortable and I definitely didn't feel any pain during the treatment. I know some people also complained about the results. She did tell me that there is no guarantee that 100% of the hair will be removed due to my hair not being black. O well worth a try since it would be great to never have to wax again :)
