        I love OrangeTheory workouts! They are challenging and I see results. I am back to consistently running, which is great cardio for me. The music, the coaches, the heart monitors, all fantastic!

        I got dragged to Orangetheory by a friend about a year ago. Before that I typically only lifted, rarely did much cardio other than playing sports and never really did any kind of classes. A year later I am going to OTF religiously! I'm not sure if I got lucky with the right studio, but the workouts are great and the staff at La Jolla is the best! I felt like family right away and there aren't enough stars I can give the crew at OTF La Jolla.

        I've been coming to OTF La Jolla for years now. I obviously love the workout but most importantly, I love the staff and coaches. They are the reason I keep my membership.  Everyone is kind and genuine and care about us members. I definitely suggest checking out OTF La Jolla. Let's work out together!!
