Western Audio are the real deal. From the very first conversation with Larry I was struck with how knowledgeable and committed they are to doing a truly 1st rate job. Watching them work step by step during our construction project for a new yoga studio, I constantly witnessed a determination to do everything (and boy I mean everything) to 100%. The choice of equipment was superb and staff highly skilled. If I was to use them again (and I would) I would do more phone calls and less email. That worked better. 🙏

The staff from Western Audio Video have been very generous with our organization Puente de la Costa Sur. They installed a fantastic, easy to operate, video and audio technology, in our two offices. The connection has changed the way we run our team meetings whether we are all in the office or if we connect remotely. We are very grateful for their work and their contributions to our community!

low attitude, keep rescheduling and failing to meet in the end. Very in reliable. Cant imagine a company can be that incompetent.

Western AV did a fantastic job on our home in Portola Valley. They set us up with 4 separated areas for music throughout the house and I cannot see a single wire. The crew was professional, on time, and clean. The planning was quick and easy and we are very happy with the end result, would highly recommend.
