Jane Noltensmeier did an incredible job of helping us prep and sell our north Orange County home during the spring of 2021! We came into this process clueless, and Jane acted as our teacher, guide, and realtor extraordinaire every step of the way. Jane’s professional knowledge and connections from everyone to inspectors, painters, stucco repair, exterminators, and home stagers helped us through this process with ease, and ended with us getting more than 50K above our listing price! A big thanks to Jane and her husband Richard, who helped us fix a number of household items. We survived the real estate process and will forever by grateful for the exceptional support given by Jane!

This Jane put up a fake house on Zillow just to get applications from people. What a scam. Stay away.

This has been a horrible experience. I found a house on Zillow For RENT when it was only posted for a couple hours. I inquired about the rental property and got a long text the next day asking for my bank statements , w2, and everything you would need to buy a house or do identity fraud. My computer broke and I could only send screen shots to her of what I thought was ok. I told her to present my offer to the landlord and that I would pay a year up front for the rental. And I would bring all the paper work ( credit check etc ) when I saw the house. I couldn’t even see the house because she won’t present this to the landlord because she doesn’t like that I used screen shots. On the shots you can clearly see my pay stubs, how much is in my bank account, etc. and it’s not good enough to show the owner. It is illegal not to present this to the owner. She is a really horrible person.
