I was in a car accident, and my car was totaled. I was only allowed to have a rental car for a week. My Samsung phone will not hold a charge and must be plugged in while in operation. I needed to transfer my information from that phone to a new phone, along with the sim card. And I'm on my way to turn in the rental car and meet a friend who is picking me up. So, no car; no phone. I need an operational phone that will hold a charge. I go to this T-Mobile (1465 W Whittier Blvd, La Habra, CA 90631) to ask the guy to transfer my info and sim card between phones. Instead of doing it, he's using precious time INSTRUCTING me how to do it, including how to remove the sim card to transfer it to the other phone ... like an arrogant, stuck up, Sheldon Cooper explaining how SIMPLE it is to do. I AM STANDING IN HIS STORE WITH MY LEFT ARM IN A FRIGGIN CAST. OBVIOUSLY, (you'd think) I am there for ASSISTANCE, not a friggin LECTURE. I began shutting down my old phone (with ONE operational hand, mind you) and he says, "What are you doing?" "I'm leaving, " I said, unplugging my phone and putting it back in my bag with my new phone. "But, you're not done," he says. "You're not helping me," I said, very near tears. "I'm leaving." Like, OMG, totally clueless dude! It's obvious I'm in a hurry with limited time and A FRIGGIN BROKEN WRIST. I didn't need a friggin LECTURE on how to transfer from one phone to another. I NEEDED SOMEONE AT T-MOBILE TO TRANSFER MY DATA AND SIM CARD FROM ONE PHONE TO ANOTHER. Thanks for nothing. I walked out of your store in tears, and I'm never walking into your store again.
