I do not recommend this place at all. If you can make a bit of a further drive up into Salinas or down to Templeton, itll be worth it. The emergency services are very slow, even if you reserve your spot online. When you do reserve a spot online, it creates a new record for you every time so they are always having you fill out the paperwork youve done before and once youre back, they cant pull up your previous records without hassle because its not attached to your new account from the visit. The doctors are not good at giving you answers or taking you seriously when you have issues. I went in for severe nausea and diarrhea and somehow my options were to be admitted to the hospital (which seems way unnecessary) or to go home. Very little effort to test for anything, turned out I had salmonella which I found out later. The regular doctors office, youre never going to see the same doctor twice and if you do good luck getting appointments close to one another. The last straw for me was when I had an appointment rescheduled 3 times. I had an AM appointment which was then told would need to be PM. Then I was told it would be cancelled altogether because he doctor wouldnt be there that day. Then I was told my appointment was moved back to the AM because the doctor wouldnt be there in the PM. My original appointment would have been completely fine, but I got tired of being jerked around and decided to find a new PCM in Paso Robles. I was also told my doctor would send out a urine culture for me due to my issues for my initial visit, and this was a complete lie and NEVER happened. The doctors treat you like youre stupid especially if you have a reoccurring problem. Theyd rather treat you for the same thing 10 times than give you a referral to a specialist. This place is terrible, the receptionists are nice and thats about it. The doctors arent worth it at the ER or the clinic.

I am furious. As I am writing this I have nothing but Bad things to say about this place . It is almost 11pm and i arrived at 8:00pm . This man speaks no English and Has been waiting with his sick daughter in the cold waiting to be called you can see him holding her and you can see the childs car seat . The poor baby can not even cry because you can hear it bothers her . Upon talking to the nurse she explained the baby can not be in the room and they have to wait outside because of COVID mind you It is freezing outside. They can at least give that baby and the father a room to themselves. COVID or not there babys up there being born inside the hospital and Theres hardly any people here . A little before 9:30 I insisted they treat the baby prior to treating me but no luck . Around 10 I went to the front desk and no one was there I waited about 20 minutes and no one was there . If I could give this place 0 starts I would . Please dont come here or only come here if you want to die . Because they will not help you Drive yourself to Salinas Memorial Hospital they are the best Hospital in the area and you can check in online prior to your arrival .
