It's nice when you're water utility is invested in your safety and satisfaction. I've always had great customer service form JBWD, especially from Christina and Lisa. Now if we could just get the prices down a bit ;)

I'm generally happy with the JBWD but I'm not too thrilled that my water was turned off today for 4 hours and I was NEVER ever NOTIFIED that JBWD would do that! It's not the "turning off." It's the NOT NOTIFYING anyone in my neighborhood in advance that this would be done. ANGRY!

I dislike this outfit. Although I have been with this District since 2008, paying on time every month, it still charges me a deposit. Further aggravating, I have auto pay; yet sometimes they don't take the money and then send me a disconnect notice. A really lousy quasi-governmental agency.
