My husband and I just bought our home in JT with Bryan. Bryan has a very straightforward approach and knows this particular market inside and out. All communication is handled in a timely, no nonsense way.
I cannot write this review without mentioning Ha, his wife and partner. Ha is extremely professional and prepared at all times to answer your questions and point you in the right direction. The two of them together make an impressive team. We plan to work with them again in the future.

Listed my home for sale with JTM and knew from the first interaction it was the right decision. Bryan and Ha are no-nonsense professionals. Coordinating, managing, and following through on real-estate deals is their business unlike many who conduct real-estate transactions for supplemental income. I was kept up-to-date consistently, literally... even after-hours and weekends. Bryan coordinated and sent a professional photographer within 2-days of our initial meeting... he wrote a thoughtful and thorough description and the listing gained traction in the first weekend (within 3-days of our original meeting). For context, the property I listed wasn't extravagant... it was in the $290k range. In other words, this home was in the lower-end of what JTM typically deals with, and they handled it the same way they would any other property.
This experience has set a new expectation for me.
Bryan and Ha are literally the best.

Bryan and Ha were great to work with in selling our house. We had worked with a not so great realtor prior and they went out of their way to make sure we got to closing. Would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in the high desert!

They were very professional, responsive and resourceful whenever I needed assistance.
