Marshall was quick to respond to my request for scheduling, was able to meet at a specific time to accommodate my need to travel to the house from out of state, showed up promptly and provided a timely and thorough inspection report. Best inspector we ever used hands down. Extremely responsive and takes pride in his job. He knows every aspects about the house, the manufacturing date of an electrical component as well as any recalls on any products on the house. We had him measure the interior of a house and when we conveyed that he missed a spot or measurement, he even went back to the house to make measurements and took photos of all the rooms. Above and beyond the call of duty. Highly recommended, he has earned our business and respect for life. We will call on marshall for all our home inspection needs. Thank you sir!
