The location and views are absolutely priceless! Watching the most amazing sunsets right from cabin was the highlight of my day. Bert and family gave me the best recommendations (restaurants, hikes, places to visit) and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable, knowing that I was traveling alone. Thank you thank you thank you!

Staying at one of the Rivers End cabins was one of our favorite vacation experiences weve had. The cabins are so cozy and charming, with comfortable beds and excellent heating (the furnace in the room had a rustic charm - but was easily controlled with a thermostat!) The view from the cabin of the river meeting the ocean was just spectacular. We spent hours just enjoying the view on the deck, and even spent a whole day not driving anywhere - simply taking a beautiful morning walk down to the local Cafe Aquatica (a lovely riverside cafe with excellent food and coffee) and spending time in our cabin.
Id describe Jenner and the surrounding areas as a place to reconnect with nature, and not a city location with lots of businesses. So, there isnt a bustling downtown or many options for fine dining nearby. However, the Rivers End restaurant is one of the best dining establishments weve been to, and was actually the inspiration for our whole trip! The food is excellent and so thoughtfully crafted, the service is impeccable, and the atmosphere is lovely, again, with a wonderful view of the ocean.
We highly recommend both the restaurant and its cabins, for a comfortable, relaxing, unplugged vacation experience. Were already dreaming of when we can return again! :)
