Verizon Wireless Corporate Office

Terrible company. They allow others to open wireless accounts using your social security number and an address, nothing else. When you call them and tell them that your account was open fraudulently they want you to jump through hoops send them mortgage statements send them utility statements send me your ID.... crazy did I ask for any of that when somebody opened an account fraudulently under my name

Stay away from this company .I feel as if I've been robbed of my time I'm now at 6 hrs on the phone with Verizon there rude and unknowing agents and supervisors .there door to door sales seemed great I was just needing a new phone how convenient. Not so much infant it was the beginning of the nightmare .my phone that was supposed to be delivered was canceled then I was charged double what I was told unlimited everything for 45 dollars a month my bill is 88.22 mind you a bill that I don't have a phone or phone service for day after day until they hang up or disconnect no call backs back to calling and being on hold with no help just round and round they don't have authority's to fix it so they transfer you agents refuse to give me more than a first name no ID number no help put me on hold again and again I'm at 36 min. Now still on hold now they hung up again worst phone company I've ever dealt with .

DO NOT EVER USE VERIZON. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU AND STEAL FROM YOU. EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE EMAIL PROOF, IT WILL BE DISREGARDED AND YOU WILL BE LIED TO AND HUNG UP ON. THEY LIE AND LIE AND LIE. THEY STOLE $900 FROM US MONTHS AFTER WE CANCELED SERVICE DUE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE LIES AND ABUSE. WE HAVE EMAIL PROOF FROM CUSTOMER DISSERVICE STATING THE CHARGE WAS BEING REFUNDED BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE BUT THEY WON'T REFUND OUR MONEY. MAYBE THAT'S NOT A LOT OF MONEY TO THE CORPORATE OVERLORDS BUT TO MY FAMILY IS A LOT OF MONEY. I'M WARNING YOU WITH EVERYTHING I HAVE, GO WITH BOOST OR CRICKET LOL.
