Our company implemented SAP B1 in 2016 through Sapphire and was very happy with the whole process. We met the deadline to go live and was within budget. The consultants were very helpful and the senior consultant is very knowledgeable. Support does not end upon implementation, but extends to this day. Our account manager always checks on us and constantly makes sure that our business requirements are addressed. I love working with Sapphire and would recommend them for SAP integration needs.

I enjoy working with Sapphire Systems team and their supportive project management ensured we stayed the course. We had a very tight budget for this project which we admittedly exceeded, but Sapphire promised that we would see the benefits within the first year, and they were absolutely right. Their support team is always available and highly responsive – if there is a hiccup in our day-to-day business, I can call them and they deal with the request immediately. Compared to our old ERP technology, SAP Business One runs queries so quickly. We can generate inventory reports or demand projections in an instant, or benefit from real-time insights into our business via the dashboard. A further notable change is in error reduction, thanks to automated print and delivery of invoices and credit memos. If an anomaly does occur, we have reliable data to trace it back the point of origin. So for example, if an invoice doesn’t get issued, which happened recently due to a problem with our email hosting provider, I automatically receive an alert to notify me something’s wrong to enable me to take corrective action. If you don’t have an internal IT team, take full advantage of your partner’s consultancy services and follow their recommendations, which are borne out of their cumulative implementation experience and know-how.

We moved to Sapphire from another SAP Business One partner a couple of years ago. Sapphire helped us complete the implementation of SAP Business One in two of our locations, i.e. US and UK. We are also being hosted by Sapphire in their Sapphire Anywhere Cloud infrastructure. We encountered some bumps along the way, which is normal for big projects like this one, but Sapphire stood by us throughout the process; had kept their professionalism and worked with our team to resolve the issues. We are feeling well supported.
