Program offers a lot of functions. Email response is very quick. The downside is they don't offer phone help so when you are in the middle of doing something with a client and have a problem you have to wait.

I bought an enterprise license so that I'm able to do Remote Online Notarizations (which are newly allowed in my state), and I found the website fairly self-explanatory. And for the things that were less intuitive, I reached out to their email support. My experience with them has been stellar. They've answered many questions for me and they've gotten back to me very quickly. I'm very pleased so far. I took off one star because the number of participants is capped at four (excluding the notary public). Overall, I would definitely recommend though.

I think DV is terrific. There is definitely a learning curve and there are details that once you learn them will make you better, quicker and definitely more efficient. Yesterday I did my first signing with 4 participants and now I feel that I am qualified to accept larger signings. You should keep a fact list for yourself so when you learn something that will be helpful in your future signings it will be right in front of you. The learning is made easier by the excellent responsiveness of the DV team. They are always available to answer that quick question that you have EVEN in the middle of a signing. They are knowledgeable and will always try to point you in the right direction. I personally feel that DV is expensive but you need to understand hat the support is some of what is built into the cost. For all of the above reasons I gave DV 5 stars.
