My experience at the Murphy Irvine was fantastic! Everyone on the team including Manar, Jose, and Carlos always got back to me in a timely manner if I had any issues.
The staff was kind, attentive and always went above and beyond.
The complex was quiet, no issues, always clean. The pool is beautiful and maintenance always kept everything looking great!

Leasing agent at the Murphy is great, but poor management, rude and unknowledgeable try to get my emotional support dog registered through a third-party and it was just a hassle paperwork at the paperwork emails out the emails for no reason it seems like theyre trying to scam or get more money out you wanna wanna ask for personal documents like what type of disability, I couldve swore that is against the law to ask someone that has a disability if they have a disability in your professional management made me very upset felt like I was being judged and discriminated against horrible place to apply for. I recommend you go elsewhere Run.

Management are lazy rude arrogant and they will STEAL your MONEY. The property has a lot THEFT going on. CARLOS IS A THIEF.
