My souse and I had to endure 49 days of leaking shower , a toilet that was not bolted down upon move in causing raw sewage to flood our bathroom floor ( went on for 6 days ) non functioning smoke detectors while the being afraid of the electrical wiring being over 100 years old and crumbles when u touch it, to having maint. Rummage through our belongings , and being accused of acting in "illegally" and "breaking our lease" after and during our reports to the State and city agencies. Classic landlord retaliation, we stayed on for a total of less then 90 days and it was 90 days too long. This is by far the worst property management company I have ever had the displeasure of doing any business with. Run don't walk away from their properties.

Worse place to ever rent at. You cant even reach anyone by phone and all emails do not work.. hmm maybe a money laundering business who knows but I do know they are slum lords and the office people in Midland Texas obviously join in with the activities. They will not fix anything then charge you for things that is their problems to fix. Had a neighbor raided and they were still allowed to stay there which isnt a surprise since when complaints were put on the neighbors for drug activity, taking parking spots, multiple people living there and nothing was done. Pretty sure after investigation it was shown they are related to office staff. Office staff was NEVER in the office. They charge you for others electric and they are rat infested.

I am leaving another review. My first review was the one about how I reached out due to my medical conditions not allowing me to live in the unit i was placed in. I contacted Trinity Properties over a month ago & still have not heard back. I emailed twice & left multiple voicemails. I was even told to reach out to a certain email on my previous review and still did not receive a response. PLEASE do not rent from any residence thats associated with this company. I was placed in a unit full of smokers which led me to being hospitalized due to im severely asthmatic. After reporting this, nothing was done. I nearly died. I hope this review prompt someone to responds to my emails.

Please do not rent from any property managed by Trinity Property Consultants. I have called and emailed and no response from them. I have a medical condition that doesnt allow me to live in the unit they have me in housed in with smoking roommates. I have not received a response for my urgent matter. I will be getting an attorney to see if they respond then. UPDATE: i have reached out 3x now. no response. it has been over two weeks. please do not lease from any apartments ran by this company.
