        Ive been wanting to visit this place right off the freeway!! My husband and I had a blast roaming the property the staff was so helpful this younger gentlemen who helped check us check out was helpful but surprised us with a little gift!!! I am beyond grateful and will be back for the amazing smelling rosemary and Mexican sage and add it to our garden. Thank you for making our day! :)

        Ive made a few different purchases ranging in size, and each time im there Sean knows exactly how to deliver the vision. Hes a hell of a listener. And beyond that, the delivery of his visions have never let me down. He gets it. He doesnt push anything you don't need into the agenda and budget. Hes been nothing short of awesome to work with in the area of designing a landscape (not all Moon Valleys are created equally). If all Moon Valleys were ran with his determination and understanding, there wouldnt be a single unhappy customer. Appreciate all your help dude

        Fantastic experience! Sean was wonderful to work with in the office, picking plants and designing the yard and when a tree seemed to be in shock a little too long Cody came out and assessed our Tree! Cody looked through all the plants, was thorough, very knowledgeable and so helpful. Cody gave excellent customer service and was truly insightful with his thoughts on keeping all the plants looking their best !! Thank you Sean and Cody so very much - we LOVE our new yard!!

        Updated review: after complaining, I was contact by the company and my tree was replaced. Original review: Bought a number of trees here. One of our palms was not doing well a month after planting. I called Moon Valley to inquire about the 3 month warranty we had but they kept gaslighting. They would say "text us photos of the tree and we can go from there". I texted photos, they said "they'd check with their manager". Following up with them I got no response. This happened with two separate employees from Moon Valley and never ended up getting a response by the time the warranty expired. Almost one year later and the tree is still looking awful. Not pleased with this experience
