Dr. Tu had been my babys pediatrician for several months, he is very patient and professional. My family like him.
But the front desk is too rude and inpatient, Im very afraid to speak with her. So I will not choose here again.

They take healthcare as a joke and turned my children away from their appointment because we werent in the system AFTER I made sure to call my provider which CONFIRMED I WAS UNDER THEIR MEDICAL GROUP. Grievance has been filed, doctor has been switched cause Im not going back to a bunch of imbeciles. DO NOT GO HERE

I think i already love this place. Had questions and Dr. Tu called. Refreshing to know there are doctors out there that makes it personable.
Have been waiting on my childrens pediatrician to get us on the schedule for months. Newport Childrens with Dr. Tu set up our appointment for the next day. I am grateful! Lets hope for a great experience tomorrow! Ill let you guys know

Very unfriendly front desk. She doesn't understand what you are saying, so she talks nonsense, and then suggests that you find another doctor.
