Sales manager ie: the crazy cat lady, refused to honor price matching of nearby stores. Very rude, hostile, and smells horrible. I would recommend everyone stay away from this location unless you like to be polite and cordial to people that obviously have no business being in sales... The cashier was very friendly and helpful though. She should be promoted to that nasty womans position. Eta: i cant express enough my disgust with this woman. To clarify, the price matching was with a office depot a couple of miles away. Also the fact that the manager doesn't have any response to any of the numerous negative reviews on here should tell you all you need to know.

The sale associate was so eager to ring me up, that he lied and over promised something that Office Depot doesn't offer. The desk he sold me was already opened with dark tape. When called in the store, manager hanged up on my call when i ask about what the sale associate promised. Felt disgusted by how rude they were on phone and in-person. Wish they have the time to explain to me what happened instead of hanging up on me repeatably then call it "accident"!
