ZERO STARS!!!! Too bad I had to give them 1 star to post!!! Do NOT use this company for your copier service needs...their Service Department lacks Quality Customer Service. Their "certified" repair technician is unable to get the tension right on a feeder (I had an example of my paper being chewed up by the machine) and they do not guarantee/warranty their work. I have made several attempts to get the technician back out for a job NOT well done!!! They are a rip off and told me to get someone else to fix the feeder!!! Plus, it took them forever to get the parts for my machine! I requested to speak to the President of the Company and they refuse to give me their email or phone number!!!! BAD CUSTOMER AND REPAIR SERVICE....I REPEAT...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
