I've used this shop with two motorcycles over the last several years. The crew is great and three other is very knowledge, friendly, and professional. This shop cares about it's customers and do a great job. Don't hesitate to take your bike here. I even had them do my first service on my new Hayabusa instead of going to Suzuki Dealer.

I have taken my bike here a few times, yet every time I have Ive been nothing but dissatisfied. The last time I brought my KX 250 in for a very easy fix, which was just replacing my Kickstarter, but when I got the bike back, it has never worked since, this was about a month ago now. They also told me they threw in a brand new spark plug because they were saying that was an issue but when I pulled my spark plug out a couple days later, it was definitely not brand new spark plug was definitely not brand new looked like the spark plug that came from the factory when I first got the bike.

I got my bike serviced here and the wheel weights broke off. The day of having it. Hopefully they will service my bike for free on fixing the wheel weights. It caused premature wear on my rear tire.

I've been bringing my KLX 140G here for quite some time now. I had my headlight wired/installed, basic maintenance, and a tire change. Truthfully, I would not consider taking my bike anywhere else! The owner and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and have always managed to finish working on my bike extraordinarily fast. More importantly, the work they provide is quality and offer great prices compared to other shops I've been to. They're upfront about the work that's needed and won't recommend anything that's not necessary that most shops might push for to make a quick buck. I had an issue with my turn signal on my bars. The power cable disconnected and they offered to fix it for free and to my surprise, when I came to pick my bike up, they had changed my rear brake pads for new ones for free since mine were pretty worn down. You will never find a shop elsewhere that offers this level of customer satisfactory and work so closely with their customers needs. I am 1000% happy with Cycle City Motorsports and can't find words to explain my gratitude. Without a doubt, they go above and beyond to ensure that your bike is being taken care of and they've earned a customer for life. I recommend their shop to all my of buddies on Camp Pendleton if they ever need work done on their bikes. Whenever I need something done fast, quality, and inexpensive, they are my go to every time.

Ive been taking my Katana here for years. The guys are amazing and there always virtuous and friendly even after I constantly check in there very patient and kind. This shop is the absolute best and I would never take my bike anywhere else!
