        This company scams minority women & elderlies. I got scammed. They gave me a quote & rate that's lower than the competitors but when the load was written, there was a $2000 more in fees that was not there before. When I inquired, Mike Shah refused to respond by email & only called me to say it's just the "estimate" during the underwriting process & in the end the fees will be the same as quoted. It was not. I have other company's quotes at the same time & my final fees paid. No logical reason why I'd choose you with more fees than the other companies. Records speak for itself. Say you take pride in your work is shameless. An attorney saw my yelp review & reached out to me saying his client, an elderly lady had the same experience with NPL.

      Upon investigating the concerns you raised, we noticed that there were multiple reviews under different names expressing similar sentiments. We understand the importance of feedback in improving our services, and we take each review into consideration. However, using multiple profiles to downgrade our ranking is unethical and we ask that you remove your most recent review.We have pride in our customers and would never misrepresent or mislead anyone. We are licensed and regulated and disclosed All of the fees exactly before she committed to our company from the beginning.Everything was done in writing and her interest rate was locked. She knowingly signed every disclosure during this transaction. The loan estimates and closing disclosures that were signed by the borrower contradict her statement that she was not aware of the origination charges. These were disclosed to her on the Loan Estimate that she signed on 10/2/2018 and did not increase on the initial Closing disclosure that she signed on 10/10/2018 or the final Closing Disclosure.After we disclosed to her the fees when her loan was locked, she contacted us and requested a lower rate which included slightly higher costs that she agreed to. She is also getting her fees refunded by the US government as a relocation package as a state employee.When she found out that she might not get reimbursed $1900 from the government, she used a fake account to slash our company. She sent us an email to either refund her $1900 that was disclosed to her or that she would file complaints in any and every website that she could find to hurt our company. We have emails back and forth between her and the escrow company to prove her communication and knowledge of the fees on the loan.All of our reviews are close to 5 stars, and we have never come across a customer in over 25 years such as this one. I want to assure all of my customers, at any time, that they can call me for any matter during their transaction or after their transaction, and I will always do my best to keep my customers satisfied.
